Make your Will online

First, just go online to bequeathed.org at any time that suits you and follow the simple steps to create a draft Will. This fact-finding mission, to work out what you’d like your Will to say, should take around 20 minutes. 

Yes – this is what we love about Bequeathed! Once you’ve completed your initial questions, someone from one of Bequeathed’s partner legal firms will get in touch. They’ll arrange a free 30-minute phone or video call for you with a solicitor. So, you can talk through your wishes and confirm your Will caters for them. Then, once your Will is complete, the partner legal firm will help you with getting it signed and witnessed. In addition, they’ll also store it for you, free of charge. 

Bequeathed never makes any charge for a standard Will, which is suitable for most people. Their accredited legal partners donate up to 30 minutes of their expertise per Will. If your circumstances are complicated and you require further legal advice, the legal firm will explain what’s needed and give you a quote to consider. But you’re under no obligation to complete the Will with them. 

Many people consider making a donation equivalent to the typical cost of a Will-writing service. And some people also consider leaving a gift to Rennie Grove Peace in their Will once their loved ones have been provided for.
