What is the Memory Tree?
The Rennie Grove Peace Memory Tree stands in place outside the Inpatient Unit in Watford. The Tree is a place where you can keep a dedication in memory of a loved one. Every leaf and poppy on the memory tree is a poignant tribute to somebody loved and remembered. Every gift supports Hospice patients and their families in the future.
Your leaf or poppy is inscribed and placed on the tree in tribute to someone you want to remember and celebrate.
When you make a dedication in memory of your loved one; you give someone else the gift of the hospice care that they urgently need.
Choosing Your Leaf or Poppy
You can choose from leaves of Copper Beech, Silver Birch or Autumn Gold. We also offer a limited number of poppies at the base of the tree with space for an expanded dedication.
Your leaf or poppy remains in situ on the memory tree for one year. At which time you can choose to renew it or to have sent home for you to keep.
